Email is the fastest route for anything technical, because a URL, a screenshot description or an extension version is easier to act on in writing than over the phone. The phone line is best for billing, press and partnership calls.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export or delete the account data associated with your licence — install ID, account email, licence status and support messages — email support@phishclean.com from the address on the account. Detection itself never leaves your browser, so there is no browsing history on our side to request. What we do hold, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
Before you write in
A lot of incoming mail has a faster answer already published:
- A page was flagged and you think it is safe — include the URL and the signal name shown in the extension. That tells us which of the 17 checks fired and is usually enough to reproduce it.
- The extension is not detecting anything — check that the site is not in your allow-list and that the extension has permission to read the page. The link safety page covers how detection is triggered.
